WAYS TO FUND YOUR BUSINESS

1. Make It About the Sponsor, Not About You
One of the biggest mistakes people make is that they wax rhapsodic about their business, but don't talk how they can benefit their sponsor. Sponsors want you understand their company, marketing campaigns, goals and visions. You can learn this in your initial conversation with the sponsor, on social media or on the sponsor's web site. If your prospective sponsor is a public company, you can order the annual report. When you talk to the sponsor, remember to ask them about their goals first, then go into your presentation and tell them how you can help them accomplish their goals.

 2. Be Clear about Your Demographic

In the world of corporate sponsorships, your demographic (also called the target audience) is one of the most valuable assets that you can offer a corporate sponsor. There are various ways to research your demographic. Do an Internet search for statistics on your target demographic. What publications do they read? Order a media kit for these publications and get some great statistics about your demographics.

3. Have a Great Platform
Sponsors want to know that you have extended reach to people who buy things (think Oprah). These could be your clients, people on your email list, your company database, your advisory board and your strategic alliances. Remember if you don't have extended reach to lots of people, then others do. Use the powerful strategies of borrowed credibility, media, and joint ventures


4. Have Cause-Related Marketing Opportunities

Cause-related marketing is a sales or promotional partnership between the sponsor and a property helping the community. People buy more from companies that give back to the community, so the sponsor wants to be known as a good corporate citizen.
By aligning their brand with the life-changing work that you do, sponsors can bask in the "halo effect." So be sure to make this part of your pitch to the potential sponsor, as well.
  
5. Make Integrity a Part of Your Brand

Sponsors want to see that you have integrity and credibility. They may test you to see if you do what you say. Get them their information on time and arrive early to appointments. Keep in mind that you need to pass their unspoken tests to see if you can handle their brand image.
Sponsorships can be a powerful means to skyrocket your business.
"Sponsors have given me opportunities to grow my business, travel the world, create my own events, do lots of media, and empower more people with my message," says Hollander.
You know you have quality and value to offer your sponsors. Dream big. Now go out and get them!

 6. Borrow Experience

Sponsors want experience, but don't worry. If you don't have it, someone else does. Tell the sponsor about your previous experience in a related business. Surround yourself with key influences on your advisory board. Tell the sponsor about leading-edge companies that you know or have worked with. Get creative to sell the sponsors on your concept.

HABITS OF CALMNESS

In life i believe that high stress, constant anxiety,over tasks , work ,life and
social anxiety … is all a part of the modern way of life.
Most people just don’t feel a sense of peace, calm, serenity, throughout their day.
I have to admit that I’m the same way some of the time, but I have learned a few things that have helped me create a feeling of calmness much more of the time than ever before.
It’s a series of habits that have developed over the last few years. I’m not perfect at them, but I do practice them, and they are always helpful. and one of the things that have always help me are

WAKING UP WITH A CALM SPIRIT
people rush their morning with all sort of things ,starting their day with an unnecessary rush and stress .me for instance wake up at 5 a.m. these days, though that changes, and start with a little meditation, then a few work out. I then start writing, before I let the noise in. Exercise is another component of my morning routine. You don’t need to do the same things, but find the quiet of the morning and make the most of it.

OBSERVE YOUR RESPONSE 

 When something stressful happens, what is your response? Some people jump into action — though if the stressful situation is another person, sometimes action can be harmful. Others get angry, or overwhelmed. Still others start to feel sorry for themselves, and wish things were different. Why can’t other people behave better? Watch this response — it’s an important habit.

STEPS TO FEEL GOOD INSIDE

1. Allow yourself to flow with your feelings
allow your feelings instead of resisting them they are times when you will wake up feeling unhappy. Whether you fully understand it or not, it happens. Be patient with yourself., but do indulge in a little time to examine your feelings without criticism. Rather than, "I hate when I feel like this," try "It's interesting that I have these feelings." Be OK with the feelings for a little while if they merit your attention or not, simply turn your focus to your larger purpose to prevent yourself from dwelling on something that isn't dwell-worthy.

2.Try to accept a new you that's means  BE READY FOR A CHANGE
 be always ready to accept change ,problems and worries are part of life that you cant resist but if you find yourself in a situation  were by you are always sad and unhappy then you have to learn to listen to your body and mind,life has a way of trapping us to our shoulder and stopping us from making a change but to make it easy for yourself learn to pay attention with what you body and mind is telling you and find out. What is the cause of your unhappiness? Find someone who can help you sort through it, and embrace the change that lies ahead. You are on your way.

3.SET REALISTIC EXPECTATION
 be realistic as a human being learn to be who you are and don't fake your self, trying to be who you are not will only lead you to more misery and conflict  , if you create your happiness foundation and achieve a  general well-being,it helps you feel better ,It's how you deal with those fluctuations that matters. Condemnation and negativity will jeopardize your state of balance. Get real. Eliminate the pressure and you will bounce back more quickly.
